Speedkills Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 If Kirbyville hits the ball like they have in the games I have watched them play and get a decent pitched game out of somebody then I say Kirbyville takes the win to start district
Speedkills Posted March 23, 2010 Author Report Posted March 23, 2010 anybody know who the starters are gonna be tonight?
Speedkills Posted March 23, 2010 Author Report Posted March 23, 2010 Kael Jones is the starter for Kirbyville
AggiesAreWe Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010
Kael Jones is the starter for Kirbyville
Really???Kael threw 110 pitches Friday night against Silsbee. Pretty quick turnaround for a start after throwing that many pitches.
Ty Cobb Posted March 23, 2010 Report Posted March 23, 2010 I think the edge goes to Kirbyville if Jones is pitching. Kirbyville 4-2 with Jones on the mound.

hattie Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 Last I heard it was 3-3 going to the top of the 9th
Speedkills Posted March 24, 2010 Author Report Posted March 24, 2010 Kael Pitched pretty well tonight striking out 10 batters threw 8 innings to lead Kirbyville to a 1-0 start to district over the defending district champions
liftedpowerstroke Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 Tyler Downs stepped up and finished one heck of a game....Blayke Coleson had some smart base running that helped on the win. Ty Tomplaits and Jones had a nice hit when needed Late in the game...We still have lots of improvement to be done if we wanna go deep in Playoffs...
triskiadeka Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 Heck of a game, Woodville's #18 threw a very good game also. Woodville did not deserve to lose like they did in the 9th, but Kville's never give up attitude got them on base after being hit by pitch 3 times to load the bases and get in a run on a passes ball. I know there were a few calls that could have gone the other way...I would hate to be an UMP....I could not make some of those calls....it is tough. ANyway Great Job Wildcats....see you next home game!
