EDBLU Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 To Barbers Hill people: Your QB this season is a senior right? If I read correctly the starter didn't have any exp. as a QB before this season. So were all the other QBs not good enough to play or was he more athletic than them? Is an athletic QB what the coaches want at BH? Just needing a little info. for the future

If I read correctly the starter didn't have any exp. as a QB before this season. So were all the other QBs not good enough to play or was he more athletic than them? Is an athletic QB what the coaches want at BH? Just needing a little info. for the future He is athletic and has good speed. His twin brother is also the running back. BH runs a lot fo draw plays and most always has a one back set. He is actually doing very well, even better than expected. The back-up QB (sorry don't know his name) looks to be ok, but he has not done a lot of throwing in his time on the field. The next few years may be interesting for BH. We lose a lot of 2 and 3 year starters (Seniors) after this year.
Go-rilla Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 Tony Carmona is a fine athlete. He is a winner too, Just like the past 5 BH QB's.
EDBLU Posted October 10, 2006 Author Report Posted October 10, 2006 Is Carmona the backup varsity QB this season or the jv QB? What grade is he in?
BH89 Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 Tony Carmona is a fine athlete. He is a winner too' date=' Just like the past 5 BH QB's.[/quote'] Heck of a baseball player as well.
IGALB Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 he must be jv because Chris Bradshaw backs up Patton
IGALB Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 It was rumored after last season that Andrew Little may be moved to QB this year...They ended up with Patton going there. Might be an option for next year
