But there is a legitimate chance the SLC earns three regional bids this season with Texas State, Southeastern Louisiana and Northwestern State leading the way. SELU has an RPI of 32, Texas State has an RPI of 34 and Northwestern State has an RPI of 45. This league has made major strides the past few seasons
