PN-G bamatex Posted April 12, 2010 Report Posted April 12, 2010 10-0 (only school in the state with undefeated Varsity and JV) and no. Freshman and JV games take place during band practice.
skipper Posted April 13, 2010 Author Report Posted April 13, 2010 WOW---------------------------- with that being said i look for your team to be around the top are even the top team to beat for a couple years ,dont you agree. a super program there at PN-G
HonorPrideTradition Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 ;D I'm very proud to say that PNG's JV went undefeated. Skipper you're right we do have a SUPER program going here at PNG. Our boys are working even harder this spring than they did last year. I can't wait for football season to begin!!
Cardinal Supporter Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 Is PNG going to do spring training this year? And are any other teams doing spring training?
HonorPrideTradition Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 PNG is doing spring training. Our Purple vs White game is scheduled for May 21st!
TITAN POWER Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 Vidors JV was pretty good last year. The only game they lost was to PNG in a shoot out. I believe the score was 42 to 35. The game was back and forth down to the last seconds of the game. By far the best JV game in the district last year and like PNG the team was made of almost all sophmores.

How do you know of JV records across the state?
It was determined by a poster on the PN-G site. He started by looking at all of the teams that were undefeated at the end of the regular season, and then looked at their JV teams. If I remember correctly, the only school that came close was Waxahachie, with a JV team whose record was 9-1.I don't have a link at the moment, but I've messaged the site owner to see where the thread is and will post a link later.
skipper Posted April 17, 2010 Author Report Posted April 17, 2010 thanks.i would like just the ones around close NOT state wide
PN-G bamatex Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 http://www.boards.pngindians.com/index.php/topic,1299.0.htmlThat's the thread where I found this out.
bojonomore Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 LCM jv won 4-5 games (i went to all their home games i just can't remember everything) they were decent especially considering having 6 sophomores on varsity and playing in a new pass-happy offense, something that younger levels tend to struggle with.
skipper Posted April 17, 2010 Author Report Posted April 17, 2010 thanks you guys are loaded this year

runback1 Posted April 17, 2010 Report Posted April 17, 2010 WO-S JV didn't play Westbrook, the game they lost was PAM

PN-G was the only 4A school in Texas with both an undefeated varsity football team and an undefeated junior varsity football team at the end of the 2009 regular football season.
