Critter Posted April 19, 2010 Report Posted April 19, 2010 Johnny Dishon took advantage of a rare start Saturday in left field for LSU. The BC product hit a homerun on the first pitch he saw and finished 2-3 with 3 runs scored and an RBI in the Tigers 9-7 win over Alabama. The Tide are coached by Port Arthur native Mitch Gaspard. It was Dishon's fourth HR and he raised his batting average to .220
MIF04 Posted April 20, 2010 Report Posted April 20, 2010 Not to split hairs but Johnny has been starting in LF for the majority of the past 2-3 weeks.
AJ25 Posted April 20, 2010 Report Posted April 20, 2010 He's gotta pick up that average.. But he's hitting real well for the most part.
Guest JoesBros Posted April 22, 2010 Report Posted April 22, 2010 Here's a quote from dandydon.com this morning about the game against Northwestrn State last night."LSU outfielder Johnny Dishon made four great catches in left field including a driving catch with the bases loaded. In my opinion, Dishon is LSU's best defensive outfielder and that is saying a lot with Leon Landry, Mikie Mahtook and Trey Watkins on the team."
Tallboi Posted May 6, 2010 Report Posted May 6, 2010 Watched LSU on TV over the weekend against Florida and freshman Alex Edwards was in LF. Im assuming Dishon isn't playing well or what?
