Ryan Jones named Academic All-American

Kilgore College Offensive lineman Ryan Jones has been named as an Academic All American by the National Junior College Athletic Association. Jones is a 6'4 sophomore from Kirbyville. Ryan started for Lamar at left tackle as a walk on in their Spring Game.

To me, Academic All American is just a big of an achievement as regular All American.. It means you're earning that scholey on and off the field.
