The Yellowjackets of Chester High are having a great season.  It's always nice to be under the radar.  They are capable of putting together a nice run in the playoffs.  We have never won state, but been very close before.  You never know, maybe this is the year.  Evadale does have a strong team, but there are other teams capable of making a run in state and Chester has to be near the top of that list.

Evadale should be tough. Strong bats from 1-9 and very good fielders. If Evadale gets the 2 out of 3, their opponent is gonna have to have at least 3 dominant pitchers. JMO

I watched Evadale play in Kirbyville they are a great 1-A team

Jasper is going to be a tough team to beat come playoff time.  Coach Mixon always has the boys ready and being led by strong senior leadership the Bulldogs are poised to make a run for another ring.
