Don't look for Travis Williams to apply for the Kountze job.

If and when the Kountze job comes open I DO NOT expect any BIG names to be in the running.....they will look for someone who has not made a name for themselves and that is looking to make that name.  It will be someone with a local flavor though, but not who most expect.
