Guest ECBucFan
After personally seeing them dismantle Katy, I am not surprised everyone is afraid. The only way they could lose in 2010 is to beat themselves somehow, as they have almost everyone back, a year stronger and older. Abilene is SCARY GOOD. :o
Mr. Buddy Garrity
i just find it interesting, Lake Travis wanted no part of them, Trinity wanted no part of them, heck, i could probably say the little SWC wants no part of them. :D

Maybe those 2 had schedules set already.... LT's is not soft either. In non district they play a class 5A finalist (Westlake) a class 4A championship team (Aledo w/Jonathon Gray) a class 4A semifinalist (Kerrville Tivy) and a class 4A quarterfinalist (Plugerville Hendrickson). All those are very strong opponents and they don't have to travel near as far to play them. And I agree... Abilene will most likely be scary good.
Mr. Buddy Garrity
a little birdie that's close to the program told me. ;) would have been nice to see those teams play but oh well. wish they could have gotten Jenks or Tulsa Union on the schedule instead of the Florida teams. PNG1992
Does Lake Travis run whats considered "sissy-ball? I know after seeing A-High twice last year for a RB to have close to 2,300 yards on the ground you must be doing something right.

Nanna
I think most all of Texas will get to see Abilene High Eagles this year. If I am not mistaken some or all of those games with out of state teams will be televised. I don't know if it is FOX or ESPN or who, but there will be some television.
