D3zii
SETX vs East Texas..I,d Go withEast Texas, But dont vget it twisted SETX had their days..Back when you had French, Lincoln, TJ, Hebert, W.O.S, P.N.G, and Nederland, SETX WAS THE best In the State IMO..but East Texas is the better region for right now..But SETX is on the rise.with Bmt WestbrookBmt CentralNewtonKirbeybivilleDaytonP.N.GJust to name a few..But ask for right now, East Texas Is better at the Moment

westend1
How many schools are considered "east Texas"? If you are going to say that east texas consists of every school south of Oklahoma, and east of I-45, until you get within 75 miles of the coast, then "southeast Texas" is a pretty small area without many schools. What does that leave? A couple of 5A schools and maybe a dozen 4A? You would think that "east Texas" would naturally have more playoff caliber teams, regardless of talent. TradinUp BH
I would say above Jasper east of I45 and south of Oklahoma. East Texas has some great talent, but I don't think anyone in SE Texas is scared to play them. I can speak for PNG when I say schedule the game and we'll play. Actually it's up to the coach :D
ChampionEagles
East Texas no doubt. Comparing recent championships as well as head to head competition, Southeast Texas is way behind.
liltex
Might be a tad bit differant results if regionals thru state title games were played in SETX w/the humidity and the ever present mosquito.
