It seems 20-4A is a little better pitching wise.

In a 3 game series, 20-4A holds a distinct advantage over 19-4A.

[/quote] I really dont know jack, but 19-4-A and Vidor has history that has shown the Pirates not only has one good eye but appearently plays with a peg leg, hard to win baseball games with that sort or handycap. LCM is different every year sometimes can sometimes cant, now PNG and Nederland always put a competitive team on the field. Looks like i wasn't aware that Crosby was a one game series.....Question if every one agrees that a one game series does not really deside which was the better team why do we have that choice?

Well for Vidor everything is should of could of would of. That game could of been a different outcome if you dont commit 3 errors leading to 6 runs in one inning.

What!!?????!!  They "sometimes can sometimes cant."  What LCM are you talking about exactly?  Because the one just north of I-10 in Orange Texas has made it to 2nd round of the playoffs every year but 1 in the last decade!  In fact, there has only been 1 year since 1995 where they haven't made it to the second round (2002)  In addition to this I believe they have made it to regionals 9-10 times in this span.  So there you go.

Maybe KP laid an egg, or just maybe, LCM was the better team. Usually in a 3 game series the better TEAM wins. This is not taking anything away from KP because they were a solid team. LCM may deserve a little more credit in the win, than saying that KP laid an egg.

Smack talk goes both way. Unfortunately, someone has to eat crow when the talking is over and the playing is finished.

Then the discussion turns to whether gumbo is a better way to serve crow than grilling. I wonder how many cajuns they have over in 19-4A?

I would be willing to bet not many. ;D I do understand that both sides where talking smack. That being said 19 4A was a little premature after Crosby beat Vidor and PNG lost the first game. I feel for Vidor and I pull for them but the playoffs have not been kind to them, Ever.  Never could understand that. They have talent.

  I'll take some crawfish with my crow, I thought after Crosby won and GP whipped PNG, 19-4A was going to take 2 out of 3.  I really thought KWP would take LCM.  GCM went in as the underdog to Nederland, so had a good feeling Nederland would win it out.  But the GCM vs. Nederland was probaly one of the best games of the year, but 20-4A came out on top.  Yes I jumped the gun, and eating some words.  There were some good games, but 20-4A proved to be stronger this year.
