The three playoff teams in 23 1A all have advanced to the second round of the playoffs. Many high school baseball fans in the area do not realize just how good and competitive "the lakes district" is. Good luck to Chester, Colmesneil, and West Sabine on their second round matchups! There have been some very exciting and close games in 23 1A all year from all the teams in the district and this should benefit all three as they play in the second round. Good luck!!!

I don't think Colmesneil will be making it past this next round though sorry but they just dont have enough pitchers.

Yea it is going to be tough Shadow and I think that even the Bulldogs realize that...however, Colmesneil may just have a bite or too left in them. Maddox is very good when he is on and the Dogs can certainly hit and hit well at times. This is baseball and anything can happen on any given day. I am sure if you ask the Bulldogs they are happy to have the chance. Turn them Dogs loose!

shadow i agree i wish i could see them gettin past this round but i just dont think it will happen but who knows its baseball..... goodluck bulldogs  8)
