Plumley, Tidwell honored as tops in Texas

Plumley and Tidwell will be honored Saturday during the association's annual clinic in San Antonio. The association is the largest state basketball association in the nation, with an enrollment of more than 4,500 members. Tidwell is scheduled to be one of the featured speakers at the clinic.

Plumley, who was named the Southland Conference's Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year, was among the national leaders in 3-pointers, assists and steals. [/quote]
