They sure ended the season poorly.  They are always tough though and they owe Jasper for several losses over the last few years.

The Jasper Bulldogs will face the Hudson Hornets in the 3A Regional Quarterfinal match up in a best 2 out of 3 series beginning on Wednesday at 7:30 pm at Morris Frank Park in Lufkin. The series will move to Woodville on Friday night for game two beginning at 7:30 as well. Then if a game three is necessary it will again be played in Woodville at 4:00 pm on Saturday.

Next round likely BC and then either Orangefield or Robinson if things go as predicted.

Heck make it out of Region III and the State Tourney might be easier.  Seemed it was the year Jasper won state.  Especially since Middleton had already pitched for LE :)

Kind of getting tired of seeing Obummer on the TV news.
Think I will drive up to Lufkin to see the Lufkin Hudson vs Jasper game Wednesday night.
Maybe go early enough to get a fine meal at Dean's in Huntington ....then beat it over to Lufkin

I suspect that Bridge City, Orangefield, Jasper & Robinson: are the four best teams in all of 3A.  It's one of these that will possibly win the State 3A Champion..... maybe.    :o

Take 69 to Loop. Go right or north on Loop 287. Go on loop 287 to Spur 339 which is past Expo center and Zoo. Take left at red light on to 339. Go little ways and get onto North Raguet St which should be a veer to the left. Go to Airport Avenue, turn right and takes you into park. Oh heck, heres a link to a map. HA, the map should do it!
