I'm not eating anything I'm sticking to what I've been saying all yr, I hope Lamar wins tourney I really do, but I still feel he needs to go that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.

Just because yall love the guy thats fine and dandy lol and bleed red, but people have there opinion i mean no reason to get all uptight, I hope lamar beats texas st and gets to go to the UT regional or TCU and make alot of noise there, but I feel the program wise and recruiting wise the program is going another direction and other teams in the conference are stepping up and building there programs, I mean thats why you play tourneys because teams get hot at the right time and Lamar has gotten hot, I mean there 34-24 for a reason but like I said I would love to see lamar win today it would be good for this group because the kids have battled all yr.

Man, I don't know the guy I just respect the 25 plus years of success he has had at Lamar. Following a five-year foray into professional baseball, Coach G came back as the program went south following his departure and within 2 years of his return the Cardinals won the Sun Belt Conference. If he didn't leave and the Cardinals averaged 30 wins a season he left he would have an additional 150 wins on his resume.

So it isn't love on my part, just respect!

It is until championship game. Same format used at the CWS before they change to the current best of 3 series in the finals. One year Texas was undefeated coming out of their bracket and Wichita St. had one loss coming out of theirs. Shockers won the single game championship.
