I figured Jason Broomas would have received the Coach of the Year award.  He took Anahuac from the district cellar to fighting for a district championship.  If anything, Buna underperformed this year.  Coach Pavliska from Hardin would have been a good choice as well.

Terrier is a very good coach. He must be doin somethin right. He has just lead Buna to 4 consecutive district titles and one of those years went to the state tournament. and thats in just the past 4 years. but thats all.  ::)

The AP coach did do a fine job including a victory over Buna, but Buna underperformed????  I guess 11-1 is just not good enough considering everyone is shooting for you as the team to beat.  Oh well...can't please everyone all the time.
