If its a one games series Jasper wins it 4-3. If its a three gamer Jasper wins game 1 4-3 loses game 2 8-5 and wins game 3 5-2.

I don't think either coach would choose a one gamer.  Orangefield hasn't had much luck in the first game of series of late, and Jasper has enough depth at pitching to prefer the 2 out of 3 in my opinion.  But I guess it could happen.  It would rest arms before Austin for the winner.

My bad..it was Evadale.  I guess Orangefield did lose first one to WO-S though.  Either 1 game or 3 games shouldn't matter much.  Orangefield will be the favored team.

IMO Orangefield is the better team, but anything can happen in a 3 game series.  Good luck to both teams.  Should be an exciting series.

Orangefield is too much for Jasper. If you can stop (20) Ty Parker and (5) Tyler Arndt you will be fine. Also OF just saw the best pitchers in the state and roped them.

would not be surprised if this series ends up being played back at Woodville and Nederland again....other than home and home...not really any other options besides going to Houston...Lamar shoulnt be available since theyre still playing

Jdawg, how was your experience in Nederland, ie. Internet , concessions, playing field and press box?

OF in 3. I look for this series to be really high scoring. These 2 teams have some of the best bats in the state. Pitchers I wish you good luck. Lol

I agree.  Neither team has that overpowering no. 1 pitcher.  They win by scoring and playing defense.  Should be a good series.

Great experience yesterday...Ned definitely has best press box around...Iternt was blazing but it would not let me stream on it. Server blocked me out so I had to go with the verizon card...definitely would not be upset if Jasper went back there next week! Thanks for your hospitality
