Stadium Update

Does anyone have any updates on the stadium, turf, etc?

Can someone take some pictures, so we can see more progress than the webcam shows?

They have begun laying down the tarp to cover the dirt for the final time.  
The tarping is the next step to having the turf down. They were about 1/3 of the way done covering the field until the storms came in.

Update on the facilites

The bleachers appear to be done.
The concessions appear to be done for the most part.
The Athletic complex is basically done on the outside, inside work being done now.
They are beginning to work on the entrance gates on all four corners of the field.
The suites are obviously underway as well.

Drove by today but only saw it from MLK.  Must be doing a lot of finish work inside the Athletic Complex.  Hopefully it is coming along quickly.  Can't wait for the finished product.

Any updates on how the interior is coming for the Athletic Complex as well as the whole stadium completion.  Would have been nice for everything to be ready for the start of fall practice but with about 50 days to go until the first game, are we on track to be complete?

Thanks.  Good pictures.  What date was this taken?  Looks like a lot of work to do for about 50 days until kickoff.

Good to see that they have made a lot of progress since Friday, even with the bad weather.  Another good note is that they are moving the web cam.  ;D

Went by and checked out the stadium yesterday evening.  Looks really good.  Turf is going to be real nice.  Stands, concessions, entry gates etc look are a significant upgrade.  Scoreboard will be really big but I can't imagine that it is going to be the third largest in the state.  Also there appears to be room for the bowl on the south end but it will be really close to the scoreboard and the athletic complex.  Looks like all the stadium with be ready but I'm not sure about the Morgan suites.  They look like a lot of work yet to be done.  Really need for the rain to stop and lots of dry days until Sept 11.  Will be awesome to see a full stadium come game time.

Does anyone know if the locker rooms are ready for the team to start practice with in the Athletic Complex?  What about the training rooms and weight lifting rooms?  I know that people in the know are viewing this site.

Went by the stadium today, looks like there is still a lot of groundskeeping around the stadium that needs to be done but there were a lot of folks working.  Scoreboard will be impressive when complete.  Don't know how the interior of the Athletic Complex is coming but would love to see the inside.  [b]And they are washing the Montagne Center!!!!![/b]
