Prayers needed for Mustang supporter

I know that prayer helps and I'd like to send out a prayer request for Russell Bottley, graduate of WOS, former Mustang football player and current Mustang supporter/mentor.  He's helped coach/mentor the 7 on 7 teams for several years and has a great relationship with the kids at WOS.  He's been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemo treatments at this time.  I wish a speedy recovery for him!  He is one nice guy who always has a smile on his face!

I chatted with Russell on Friday evening and he was hoping to go home on Sunday from M.D. Anderson.

Did that materialize?

I got an update on Russell from a classmate of ours.

Russell is at M.D. Anderson for his 2nd round of chemo.  He will be there for the next three days.  The doctors can't believe how well he is doing and is responding to treatment. 

So keep the prayers up, guys.
