82 5A State Champs
While a pre-season state ranking is nice, it tends to put a Bulls-eye on our backs to start the season.

The Eagles might win against Trinity, but I dont think they'd roll over them.

I was there. I saw it in person. The final score did not reflect the domination. 2) The two main weapons, the Sims bros., both return. They can score on any play anytime from anywhere. Almost the whole rest of the team is back, too! 3) Abilenes O-Line was one of the best I ever saw. Their downfield blocking was phenominal. 4) Abilene won't be imtimidated for a second with that lame Trinity Haka dance. Jumping around, stomping feet, and yelling would be absolutely useless vs. Abilene. Finally, I have seen Abilene ranked #1 in the nation, not just Texas. Of course though, DC is usually "right on" with rankings and predictions! :D Seriously, unless Abilene happens to beat themselves (which is not impossible), I believe they could and should beat anyone in the USA. (But like Dennis Miller says: Thats just my opinion, I could be wrong!) ;D
Mr. Buddy Garrity
Abilene would roast Trinity. Along with the Sims cousins there are two more Sims coming up this year and RB Tony Curtis. Plus the Wr Corp will be great. Expect Abilene to roll this year. Don't think that's your so-called sissyball ;)
