AggiesAreWe Posted February 17, 2006 Report Posted February 17, 2006 I'm beginning to believe that things would have been better if there wasn't a consoladation. Let TJ, Lincoln, and SFA handle it themselves. At least there would have been more coaching opportunities.
outanup Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 For what its worth, RT left for an assistant job at the University of Texas in 82. I think. Cant see any coach passing on an opportunity like that.
Guest JoesBros Posted February 18, 2006 Report Posted February 18, 2006 I agree with you aggies about the district being better off leaving the schools alone. That leads me to wonder if there wasnt an consolidation and say a coaching position would of been available at T.J. or Linclon if Thompson would have been considered?
piratefan Posted February 19, 2006 Report Posted February 19, 2006 SFA85 "remember the Titans".."Why cant we all just get along". Maybe thats why PA is so messed people think like that. What's done is done.Whethere anyone likes it or not.If they would have chosen someone else, we would sitting here listening to people complain about that person. The bottom line is if you are a PA fan then you need to get behind the Coach, the team ,and the community right now and support them in everyway you can.The kids need that now among anyting else.
