Dayton's opener is @ Ft. Bend Elkins

Recommended Posts

Just took a look at the preview and then at the schedule you have posted and both have the opener, Ft. Bend Elkins as being in Dayton.

Originally, that was the case, but it gave the Broncos 6 home games and 4 on the road, meaning in 2011 we'd have 4 home games and traveling for 6. Elkins finally got back in touch with the Dayton staff and now the game is being played on their field - the one off Hwy 6.

FYI

Thanks for the update. Mike, I am getting on those revisions right now.  BTW, the name of the stadium is Kenneth Hall Stadium.

Fort Bend has two big stadiums.
For those with an EZ Tag....
Hall Stadium is at the intersection of the Fort Bend Toll Road and HWY 6.

To get on the Fort Bend Toll Road you take Loop 610 past Reliant Stadium and exit HWY 90 or South Main Street.

Turn left on South Main and that road turns into the Fort Bend Toll Road.
The Fort Bend Toll Road ends at HWY 6 and the stadium will be on your left.

For those without an EZ Tag....
It won't be fun getting to that side of Houston on a Friday evening now matter how you travel there.

The stadium is right across the street from where I now live in Missouri City.

Main does not really turn into Fort Bend Tollway.  You have to take an exit off of Main.  Be looking for it, two lanes will exit onto a ramp to the right.  Main keeps going straight.

If you don't have an EZ Tag, as the Tollway ONLY allows Ez Tag, then you need to come on around 610 to 288 South.  Take 288 South to HWY 6 and take a right.  Go about 5 or 6 miles and the stadium will be on your right.

I would highly advise you to use your EZ tag though if that's at your disposal.
