playdefense Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 What programs do you think are up and coming so to speak. Underclassman, good jv teams or junior high teams. I know Jasper is very young this year on the varsity. Deweyville I think has alot of seniors - How is their JV?
Bucster Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 East Chambers Varsity is loaded with Jrs. but our JV has struggled this year.
WTB Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 Lumberton, only 4 seniors start the rest are Jrs, Sophs, and 1 Fresh. JV is 5-1. Freshman team is 4-2. 8th grade has only lost 1 and score alot of points and 7th grade has only lost 1 game to a 7th grade team.
Backwoods Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 Newton has 16 or 17 starters returning next year.
BcFootball08 Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 Buna has 13 starters Returning i believe
DP#1FAN Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 Deweyville's Offensive line will return the next 2 years. They are all soph. Stephen Gibson will replace Justin Williams in the backfield next year. He is a Jr. starting with Williams in the backfield now. He will breakout next year trust me on this one. He will rush for over 2000 yards next year. The defensive line will all return but DE Tanner Hyman is a Sr. The LB's & Secondary will be filled with able JV players who are having a great year. Deweyville has 8 SR. this year and 13 JR. Look for some big things from the Pirates next year.
