Devin's future is now up to him.  Devin go to San Jac and do good for yourself, get your education, and take basketball where it will lead you in your future.

Why would you want to bet against any young mans desire to improve himself?  It wasn't Devin on here pumping himself up about where he was going, it was a poster on the board. Bet against the poster, and who is the next victim to be blown up on any message board, not just this one.

I am clearly talking to the poster and not Devin. Some things are a harsh reality and one of them is that Devin Brey will never see Syracuse or UCLA!  Simple fact.  No one is downing the kid. I hope he does well and think it is GREAT that he is going to San Jac and getting an education.  Don't get so defensive when no one has said a bad word about the kid on here.

He may go to Lamar but I don't think there will be a scholarship involved. If so Lamars program isn't going in the direction they want to go.Devin was a good high school player who's strong points were around the basket. There isn't is a great big demand for 6'3" post players in the D1 world. Those size guys play the point in the D1 world.I wish Devin the best in the pursuit of his education, there is nothing wrong with being remembered as a good high school player.
