this should show coach hooks and his staff if thay can hing in with the BIG BOYS.we all know about dayton,always have a very good football team year in year out. DAYTON is rated #12 in the state ,so that shows me that dayton is one of the best around.if wo-s has a good showing in the scrimmage  in this ,it will show me that thay can play friendswood a good game.

i know all this is just a  scrimmage but all eyes will be on the OL and DL .as i was just told dayton is a BIG football team this year,and this will be good one for the coaches to watch

Dayton & WOS always get after it early and what comes out of the scrimm.is the driving force to make both better.But it's a scrimmage no returns straight up move the pigskin against the other.I'll be there,on my walking cane.

Dayton chamber hosts Bronco tailgate party

The Bronco Tailgate party will be held on Saturday Aug. 14, and tailgate spots are now available.

The Dayton Chamber of Commerce will host this exciting and fun “tailgate” event at the Bronco Stadium parking lot.

It is an annual event that helps raise money for scholarships for two graduating seniors from Dayton High School.

“This is an event open to the public and you are encouraged to come show the 2010 Broncos your support,” said Tammy Pratka, chamber executive director.

Come show off your grilling skills and win one of the three prizes for best tailgater.

“Cook teams and businesses are encouraged to attend and show off their grilling skills,” said Pratka.

Bronco Tailgate T-shirts will be available at the chamber office for $7 and will be sold until we run out, so they may not be available the day of the tailgate party.

Tailgate sponsorships are available for $300, $500, $700 and $1,000 levels and include exceptional event recognition, KSHN Radio & News Coverage, KSHN 99.9 Party Line Radio Show, your name/logo on posters and flyers, plus e-blast and website placement.

The deadline to sponsor the 2010 Bronco Tailgate is fast approaching so call today! Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase during the Tailgate that kicks off at 2 p.m.
