WOSgrad Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 They are playing 4 timed quarters tonight. At the half, Titans 7, Indians 0.
WOSgrad Posted August 21, 2010 Author Report Posted August 21, 2010 Memorial 14, PN-G 0 at the end of the third quarter.
AshlyHasBeen Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 One day I'll understand why people care about scrimmages maybe. It's like preseason football, worthless.
HoopInsider_Cooper Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 I think last year it was the other way around. Can't remember the score though. PAM defense is much improved. Jaivon Slone on the defensive line is a STUD.
AshlyHasBeen Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 Yeah it was Coop, Faircloth told Doty they were keeping it very simple tonight and Memorial should be good as well.
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 it'll be more than 14 pts next week

No score on the #1 D. Well defeat the jags by 21pts.

SFA85 Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 Actually GOAT, the #1's were put back in on that 4th down play.....But overall, I was impressed with PAM's performance. Sloan needs to be coached up some. Plays too high but overall, I was impressed. The secondary hit really hard and the skill people on offense ran with authority. 100% improvement from last year.....

outanup Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 For what its worth, PAMS #1 d came in for the 4th down play only. PNG drove into scoring range on the 2nd teamers.
prepballfan Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 Can anyone explain why PNG's db's played 10 yards of the line of scrimmage the entire game. Just curious?

I expect more from Sloan I think he's soft and plays too high aswell, his size is his help 275-280 that's a plugin the middle. I heard the ndn coaches telling their kids he's soft, I need him to get more penetration up the middle.

BMTSoulja1 Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 I made it to this scrimmage with like 5 minutes left in the second quarter... Memorial's defense did set the tone. What I saw, Memorial moved the ball at will. Long plays and everything. PN-G's run game didn't look that impressive, but when they threw long, there was success. BTW, Memorials field turf looked clean! PN-G better find a way to move the ball on the ground before district starts. And Memorial's secondary may be a little suspect. I have no complaints about their hard hitting run D. Yes, PN-G's secondary was playing off of the Memorial recievers, may have been worried about being beat deep.
BMTSoulja1 Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 There was an impressive 60+ yard run. Handoff to the left side. The kid reversed the field and had one man to beat from the Indians and got past him for the TD. I think Memorial's strength may be the passing game, IMO...
The Goat Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010
how did the RBs do?
all three did very well, with holmes the 4.4 -40 jr reversing field like Reggie Bush and going 50 or 60yds
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted August 21, 2010 Report Posted August 21, 2010 did the lower classes scrimmage tonight?
