well, they're up the creek then, cause faircloth didn't have faith in the kicker

Is it to late too buy out Faircloth's contract?  Maybe he could take Butch's position, probably the same money ;D ;D ;D ;D
:D :D :D  he needs a kicker

Well these are two good teams that could make some noise in the playoffs and they played a very tight game. Wanted the win for PNG - but the good news is you hung with a very good team!

PNG should have gone for two on their last TD. They would have lost by two instead of one or the game could have ended in a tie. Loosing by two is not any different than loosing by one except for the one point. If they were successful on the two point try the game would have ended in a tie. Then there is overtime and anybody can win.

Should have went for a two point conversion on their last touchdown.

There is no use in going up by 2 when you could have went up by a field goal..

Throwing the INT right before the half was not the smartest call either.

BOTH TEAMS PLAYED WELL

PN-G needs to tighten up the secondary ... the district race will be a kicking & scratching messy fight ... based on 1-week of games, LC-M and Lumberton will be better, Vidor can apparently move the football, Central will be tough despite the spanking that PAM handed them, Nederland will be in the middle of things fighting and competing, and I think a sleeper might be Ozen because they don't leave the city limits of Beaumont to play a game for 5 or 6 weeks.  I have no idea what Livingston brings to the table, but 2 or 3 seasons ago they were taking names and handling out butt whip'ins.  Here's to PN-G getting better each week, playing hard, and being in the mix for another district championship.

Go Indians.  Peace.

I think PNG is good, just don't disrespect every team on your schedule in one sentence.

PN-G fans should not have anything to worry about they will not meet up with a team that good until the playoffs
This maybe true, but there are a number of teams in the district with the talent to be you on any given Friday night. Hell Vidor played Texas High to two overtimes and should have won if not for a missed extra point with 15 seconds left. Nobody including myself expected that.

Bad coaching decision cost them the game....  You gotta take the 3 there! :o
Good game by both teams.  Only area PNG really needs to improve on, is their pass defense.  Alot of room for improvement in that category.
