1st Home Game

I saw on BigRedInsider.com that there may be a Jet flyover for the 1st game.  Now that will be awesome if Jimmy Simmons can pull that off.

Looks like McNeese will get three La. National Guard F-15's doing a flyover for the game for you guys.  According to the story, it took two years to get all of the approvals.

Good job Cowpokes!  I assume Dr. Simmons is working on a 2 months or less time schedule to get this done so I don't know if it will happen or not for the first LU home game.  Would be neat to have back to back flyovers for Lamar football.
