First of all, I didn't say a word about Blue Bell. Even if I had, it would be because I like the stuff, not because it's made in Brenham.

Second, people make fun of PN-G for being covered in refineries. Making fun of other communities based on their unique qualities is just part of high school football.

Third, my only point was that we weren't really all that "bad," as you put it. Brenham only outscored PN-G for the first half, and barely hung on to win. The Cubs may have gone home the losers had it not been for an interception in the last two or three minutes of the game.

I dunno Crosby threw the ball lots better last game than before.

Should be some throwing. But the trick is we can always run it.

No we don't have the same RB, but we do have a pretty good kid i honestly think he had a bad game last week.

DLine id worry, LB core seems little unorganized, safeties did good minus one big play (good play call), had a pick also crosby has the advantage in special teams i assure you that. Better kicker, better punter, more likely to get turnovers on special teams (seems like they get one every game)

This is gonna be simple. Your gonna watch PNG march the ball then Crosby march the ball. Whoever throws more PICKS loses. period.

Love PNG but i can't see our RB having another bad game (after hearing about the Texas City scrimmage) he was dancing too much against the Bears.

Crosby's defense has 10x more to prove than PNGS defense, yall got burnt by a good QB, crosby got ran over by Dobbins. interesting to see.

thanks for the info cougtalk, im not really worried about the running game for crosby it is the pass that i will direct my attentions at lol. hopefully our coaches tried to solve our problem in the secondary i dont know . I know we will move the ball on offense, just  hope doty doesnt make any mental mistakes like he did last week right before half, i think that turnover and score on the next play was the nail in our coffin. We had our chances and realisticly  should have won. We lost to a good team not a great team, miscues and one bad decision by coaching staff on fourth down and we win  but hey it is the first game of the season so learn from our mistakes and improve to get better, have a safe trip down and lets hope for a good game with noone getting hurt!!

PNG has made a few adjustment's in the secondary and put in some blitz packages this week. We did not blitz at all last week. Look for the defense to be much better this week.

As for you sharkstooth i am no coach and i only call it like i see it, im not bashing the coaches and im not bashing doty, i voiced my opinion on what i thought was the difference in the game, get over your defense mechanism in your brain this is a site to voice your OPINION im not pointing out what you are any one else is commenting on in your posts, i see a lot of what i would have done by others and noone seems to criticize them so get over it. And we were all 4A also except maybe one year out of those. Fact is Nederland is close to done. The program is in decline and kids are not showing up to play as they were in the past. Good luck when you can barely suit up 40 kids for a good size 4A squad. Neumann should have left when he had the chance.

Rain will only benifit a good passing game, unless its a blinding rain, because recievers know the route their running and the coverage man only reacts...but that said, I think PNG wins this one by a couple touchdowns at home..The tribe is hungry for a win.....PNG will be too much for Crosby..
