We start with tonight's match up of two old district rivals as 22-3A defending champ Cleveland Indians will come into Tiger Stadium to take on the defending 21-3A district champs Silsbee Tigers in non-district action. Cleveland is coming off a 2 point loss, 24-22, to 4A Caney Creek last week while Silsbee starts the season 1-0 after taking down 4A Houston Waltrip 40-9.

Broadcast start time is set for 7:10pm with kick off to follow at 7:30pm.

Silsbee played well tonight. Got to hang on to the ball better. Offensive line did a great job. The offensive line shut Cleveland down. Silsbee Defense had another great game also.

Silsbees Defense is mean n nasty. :) Turnovers usualy bite you but the Defense stood up big every time.  Gotta love the two times they stuffed Cleveland when they only had four inches to go for a first down.
