Tyrone_Biggums Posted September 15, 2010 Report Posted September 15, 2010 So who knows something about Ike, besides the fact that they have a quick qb who can actually connect on his passes.

They are not very good it appears on defense, but offense seems to be good. Talk to a West Brook fan, they played them already. They have allowed an average of 51.3 points per game. Man that is a lot of that is correct.

I thought they looked good in the first half last week. I think if we can score 24-28 pts. we'll win. Our D has been solid. Just have to get them some breathers in the 2nd half.Broncos 24-14
Tyrone_Biggums Posted September 15, 2010 Report Posted September 15, 2010 They've played some pretty tough competition.

Which allowed the bulk of north shore points during that game.

I look at putting up 20+ points on those teams as a victory, even though they lost. Gonna be a tough test. I'll be there to see it.
BrenhamFan Posted September 17, 2010 Report Posted September 17, 2010 I'm leaving Brenham at 2, so I dont get caught in Houston traffic. What is there to do in Dayton to kill time, untill the game? Never been to Dayton before, so I need some suggestions... Anybody?

Take 290 South to Beltway-8 (Sam Houston Toll road) around to Hwy-90 East. There will be a few spots on the beltway, but traffic should not be too bad going that direction. I would not get there too early, may be a bit dissapointed in your options...... ;D ;D ;D Also, don't expect parking will be anywhere near the stadium. Oh, bring your stadium seat! Tail end is gonna hurt after sitting in those bleachers.

I'm sure i'll get some looks. They would have worked at the PNG vs GP game if PNG wouldn't have greedy, and would have just took the 3. I know your coach and kicker won't have this problem.... Atleast I hope not.
Guest octfeb Posted September 17, 2010 Report Posted September 17, 2010 This is the easiest way to go. Might run into some traffic on 1960 and its not 290 south.. its 290 easthttp://www.mapquest.com/maps?1c=Brenham&1s=TX&1z=77833&1y=US&1l=30.1842&1g=-96.4064&1v=ZIP&2c=Dayton&2s=TX&2z=77535&2y=US&2l=30.0353&2g=-94.8909&2v=ZIP#b/maps/m:map:6:29.99049:-95.648814::::::1:1:::::::::/l:::Brenham:TX:77833:US:30.1842:-96.4064:zip::1:::/l::Fm+1960:::::30.017923:-95.366973:latlng::2:::/l:::Dayton:TX:77535:US:30.0353:-94.8909:zip::1:::/io:1:::::f:no:en_US:M::/bl:/e Oh and I would leave at 2 Just my opinion never know what you will run into between there and here.

BrenhamFan, wave and smile at people as you pass them on hwy 90 or 1960 (whichever you choose). When you see most their teeth are missing, you're there. Now if you go down hwy 90, don't be confused and exit South at Hwy 90 and 2100, it's still another several miles down the road to the "East". ;D ;D
BrenhamFan Posted September 17, 2010 Report Posted September 17, 2010 1960 runs straight into Dayton right?

You can park at the Woodrow Wilson JR High would be the best place then you can get out quick when the game is over.
Tyrone_Biggums Posted September 17, 2010 Report Posted September 17, 2010 Kick some Ike ace bronchos.
