Elaborate please.  I also think that whenever a post is removed, it should be replaced with a simple message that says "Post removed by x-mod/admin on date and time for reason" this could be done with some simple programming.  [size=12pt][b]I think 99.9% of the mods do a great job unless you start talking about 20-4a.[/b][/size]
