Guest GoStangs
Sure looks like a "blowout"..... I'm just happy with the win. It lived up to what I thought it would be. Best of luck to the Tigers throughout the rest of the year. If they play with the kind of intensity they showed tonight, they're going to make it tough on a lot of teams down the road. This was a huge game for Silsbee, and although they lost, they have to feel pretty good with the way things went (although not necessarily with the outcome). I noticed that big Jones kid jumping around before the game and all the excitement Silsbee had during the game; after the game, several of them looked physically and emotionally spent. They left it all on the field. They certainly came to play tonight and it showed.
WOS92
Silsbee played WO-S very tough all night. Commenting on the stats, let's not forget that HF actually outgained Silsbee in the game the previous week. Where is the respect for HF after that game? Where is the respect for HF after that game?[/quote'] HF and Jasper seem to play every opponent tough each week but come up short. Both have one game where they simply weren't in it, but other than that they have played tight games.
