VPiratefan2007 Posted October 21, 2006 Report Posted October 21, 2006 we have already played both....and im sayin.....dayton by 14 or more
NDNWarrior Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 WOW, too close to call! Gonna be an excellent game! Best of luck to both teams, injury free.
KFDM COOP Posted October 22, 2006 Author Report Posted October 22, 2006 Close indeed. The reason being...Central's at home. Also the fields will be wet again from Wednesday and Thursday's rain next week.
Raiderdad Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 I'm not so sure about it being that close . Certainly the fields will slow both sides down , but perhaps the only team to see everything Dayton has to offer was WO-S . If Dayton can also control the penalties, < what do they get .... 100yds. a game > then I think that by itself could be the deciding factor . D. Williams is an excellent athelete and I also like Centrals linebacker speed but overall I think it's Dayton . Good luck to both teams Hold the Rope Raiders
bronco1 Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 We will let them come play here if it's wet Wet field bad for speed, but at least it's bad for everyone.
vp93 Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 Defense decides this game. From what I have seen, Dayton's defense is better than Central's.
adminbaberuth Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 Have not seen Dayton this year, but they have been putting up some impressive victories. Central is a good football team, as vp93 has mentioned, their defense is the weak link. Central will put a hat on you. The QB is the best in southeast Texas, if Dayton can control him, they win.
Piratediehard Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 Ive seen both teams play, both have explosive offenses but Daytons defense is awesome that gives them the edge.
TradinUp BH Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 Dayton by 10, Central still licking thier wounds from the Vidor game. Dayton 27 Central 17
BHFAN Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 Dayton proves again this week to be the best team in 22-4A. I can't see anyone close to Dayton this year. Dayton by 21.
TradinUp BH Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 OK, OK, since I don't have as many posts as many of you, I will change the score to Dayton 35, Central 17.
Guest Bridge City Card Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 Dayton in a close one. Central has been waiting for this game.
WOS95 Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 this should be a great game, i've seen both dayton and central this year and there is going to be speed all over the field when these two teams get together. central is very physical and brandon williams is a great player. while dayton is just an all around good football team that finds a way to win, and michael dugat is a great player too. its just too close to call and neither team jumps out at me as a clear cut winner they are both very good. well i guess my prediction is dayton wins with a last second field goal. Dayton 24 Central 21
tvc184 Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 I can't decide if I think it will be close or a blowout but I think Dayton wins, probably by 7 or more.
Guest RacinJason1083 Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 offense wins games, defense wins championships. central is a very good team, but Dayton wins this one.
CRUSHCOACH Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 I have seen both teams play, and IMO Dayton wins this one in a BLOWOUT. Dayton has the best defense in the area and their offense is also very strong. Too much talent for Central to over come.
baseball_1989 Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 Dayton by atleast two touchdowns!!!
Guest STJFL Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 Dayton will smash Central. There is not a team in the district that can hang with Dayton this year. Dayton by at least 21.
kensington Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 The Purple Ponies by 14, led by lil' Henry's cousin with 150+ rusing yards.
