WO-S Helmet for the 1993, 1994 and 1999 Seasons

I went and looked at some old yearbooks at the local library and there were years in the 1990's when they didn't have the stripes on their helmets. I have confirmation on the following years:

1992 - stripes
1995 - no stripes
1996 - no stripes
1997 - no stripes
1998 - no stripes
2000 - stripes

So they had the current helmet from 1986-1992 and from 2000-current. They took the stripes off from 1995-1998. I just need confirmation on if they had the stripes or not in 1993, 1994 and 1999
