You are right about BC coming to play......but saying it over and over and over and over again is saying something else. I think you are trying to say that the current Silsbee players have no heart.

i dont understand, what makes bc "for real?" is it because they beat a bunch of sub par teams, some of which are pathetic? is it because they put 31 on kirbyville who is the only solid team theyve played to date and the only team with a winning record? or is it because they beat HJ and are 1-0 in district?

Silsbee just turns the ball over too much. They have 9 for the year in 6 games. Far far too many for a BC team with this talent

1.5 turnovers a game is not that many in high school football. Can they be a difference..sure...but its not a large number.

To be accurate, Silsbee actually has 16 turnovers thru the first 6 games, average of 2.66 per game.

Silsbee is a -5 in the turnover department. Their opponents have 11 turnovers.

16 divided by 6 is 2.6 per game almost 3. Makes a big difference in any ball game.

AAW if the Tigers don't have careless mistakes I can see them taking this game. I have listen to all but one game this year and it seems they can't hold on to the ball. If I were BC I'd try to strip on every play.

Silsbee's biggest weekness the last few years has been stopping running qbs. This year we can't stop the run period. I'm thinking we need to go ahead and pull up some of the hosses from the JV squad. Picking BC by 10-14 but Silsbee has the ability to outscore them in a shootout. Hope they do.

Some of the JV players have already been pulled up.  They were on the sideline last week.  I know one saw the field not sure about any others.

Thanks. Guess that was why some of the 9th graders were on the JV squad last week. We also have had the nasty habit of playing up and down to competition the last several years. No way BC blows us out.
