Gtj007 Posted October 22, 2006 Report Posted October 22, 2006 It could happen!!! If Nederland wins out and Dayton loses to Central, then Nederland would finish 2nd and Dayton 3rd.
piratefan Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 It could happen!!! If Nederland wins out and Dayton loses to Central' date=' then Nederland would finsish 2nd and Dayton 3rd.[/quote']lol....come on man be real...
texans Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 I have seen both teams play and I am sure that you have to.
WOS92 Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 Dayton - overall - is better than Central. Nederland had better wet the field bigtime that week.
Guest Living 4 Friday Nights Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 It could happen!!! If Nederland wins out and Dayton loses to Central' date=' then Nederland would finish 2nd and Dayton 3rd.[/quote'] That is possible but probably not likely.
NHSBulldogFan Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 GTJ one game at a time we have to beat LCM first...
Gtj007 Posted October 23, 2006 Author Report Posted October 23, 2006 The good thing about only be a fan, and not playing the game, is that you can look forward to any game you want and it has absolutely NO impact on the "next" game. With all the talk of "who will finish third" on this message board and others, I just thought I should add a new perspective to the list. However, I know that it will be VERY tough for Nederland to win out. I'm not counting on it.
Pimp Smack Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 u took the words out of my mouth. yall better watch out for lc-m first. they arent a team to be taken lightly.
dayton Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 Dayton - overall - is better than Central. Nederland had better wet the field bigtime that week. That is a good idea. But...their playing in Dayton.
Pimp Smack Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 That is a good idea. But...their playing in Dayton. yep thats the truth. that 100 billion dollar field will be dry.
piratefan Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 It could happen!!! If Nederland wins out and Dayton loses to Central' date=' then Nederland would finish 2nd and Dayton 3rd.[/quote'] This couldn't happen..Dayton would only have one loss. Nederland has a loss to Vidor ,and Central already..
Gtj007 Posted October 23, 2006 Author Report Posted October 23, 2006 No, if this happened, Dayton would have two L's. One to Central and one to Nederland.
Lucky Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 Sorry, but Dayton aint' gonna lose to Nederland this year !
SETSportsFan Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 I think we have another week before we can even try to figure this out. Spot 3 is open, anyone can take it (well mabe not Ozen). 1 or 2 will be hard to take from Cantral or Dayton, I think after Friday we'll have a better feel for things. Anyone can suprise anyone on any Friday!!!
Gtj007 Posted October 23, 2006 Author Report Posted October 23, 2006 Is it likely that Nederland will beat Dayton?? NO. Is it possible for Nederland to beat Dayton?? YES!! Based on Nederland's D, they will have a hard time beating LCM, much less Dayton. But if the D comes to play then I can see Nederland possibly getting the wins.
Guest 1motime Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 Ok I wrote it down-- lcm takes 3rd in baseball this year
Guest STJFL Posted October 23, 2006 Report Posted October 23, 2006 Don't forget about LC-M, all this talk about nederland is great but LC-M is long over due. I think they are ready, guess we will find out this weekend.
JS Posted October 24, 2006 Report Posted October 24, 2006 It is October----who cares about baseball now?
geauxbroncos Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 It could happen!!! If Nederland wins out and Dayton loses to Central' date=' then Nederland would finish 2nd and Dayton 3rd.[/quote'] yeah and pigs might fly someday too
Bronco44 Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 No way will Nederland get to the playoffs, or beat Dayton, their playoff hopes are over!
Nederlandbulldogs#1 Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 That is a good idea. But...their playing in Dayton. How big is Dayton's stadium, will it hold our fans or is it small?
Nederlandbulldogs#1 Posted October 26, 2006 Report Posted October 26, 2006 No way will Nederland get to the playoffs' date=' or beat Dayton, their playoff hopes are over![/quote'] Then I guess Nederland shouldn't bother showing up and playing the next three Friday nights?
