Jackthehammer Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 o has given the least sacks and who has helped to reach the most rushing yardage
Bobkat Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 Orangefield's is pretty dang good...averaging like 325 yards rushing a game!!!
Trojanfan Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 In the Coldspring/Orangefield game, Coldspring had 568 yards of rushing to Orangefields 117 yards of total offence,We really have a pretty good Oline
BRONX ROX Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010
Dayton
Im with you liltex. just wish da Bronx would run right up their backs a little more when we see speed on the edges.
Jackthehammer Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 Just read PNG has given up 2 sacks the entire season can anyone do better than that? Bout to check on the rushing stats.
et531303 Posted October 15, 2010 Report Posted October 15, 2010 Anahuac's O-line I believe they haven't giving up a Sack, not sure but will check into it. The Panthers rushing game is averaging about 350 per game.
hookem14 Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 (PNG) Hands down. I believe only two sacks given up all year and the 20-4a leading rusher. All five O-lineman have a good chance of playing at the next level.

hookem14 Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 D-has not played well. Giving up to many points, but O is scoring at will.
vidorSDMF Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 i heard daytons o line is demonic lol. but last year vidor o line was the finest out there (period).

Jackthehammer Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 Id say you have two Bests one for Sacks allowed and one for rushing yards.

Nice try at taking a shot at them though. You follow football on here enough to know that.
rhino1877 Posted October 16, 2010 Report Posted October 16, 2010 Kirbyville has a pretty good o-line and so does Dayton.
shovel Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 I haven't seen many games outside of district 20-4A, so my perspective is limited. I will say the front 5 from PNG is the best group I have ever seen play. Only 2 sacks so far this year and both of them came in the Nederland game. If there is a better O-line in this region, I wanna see 'em!
Cougtalk Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 Sorry maybe somethings changed but some of the stuff i've seen about Dayton was they ahd trouble with GP's DE's, they had trouble with blitz packages against their early opponents. HAVE NOT SEEN them but how are they the best line... for example if GP's DE's really gave Dayton trouble the Crosby's oline must be better as they really didn't give us any.
liltex Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 Your real answer waiting for Halloween fri ;D
InjunRed Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 Groveton has rushed for 3000 yards in 7 games. Averaging over 428 yards per game on the ground. They rushed against Hemphill two weeks ago for 693 yards rushing for a total of 727 total yards for the game. Have only given up 1 sack all year. Averaging 51.2 ppg as well. Their O-line is not only good size for a 2A school but very fast. Lots of Team speed in the backfield as well.

knows2much Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 It's hard to compare how good one o-line is to another based on # of sacks allowed. Some school don't throw as much as others...and some schools don't even have a drop back passing game. The worst o-line in the state could give up no sacks if they run the ball every play.
