Ned 29-20... Lumberton did beat Livingston, but Nederland is not a running team.  Pretty balanced.  Plu their defense I crappy.  Lumberton I the favorates in this game but will look pas this Nederland team and will be in for a rud awakening...

Lumberton will look past Nederland...because they have Central the next week?? Nah, coaches won't let that happen. Every game is a fight in this district this year and no team should be judged by their records nor overlooked. Lumberton may lose, but it won't be because they are looking past Nederland.

Lumberton is capable of beating Nederland...just depends on which Lumberton team shows up to play. We can't have the turnovers we had against PNG. IMO, that was a major factor in the score in that game...5 turnovers...some when we were (probably) about to score. Or turning it over giving them excellent field position. Can't do that and expect to win or even stay close as the score showed.
From what I hear, Nederland's defense has problems too. If Lumberton can cut out the turnovers and penalties, it may be another game like Livingston. Down to the wire and hopefully Lumberton on the winning side ;D
