Anyone hear on the conditions of jakari and jared? hope they ok. praying for both of them.  ???

Jared is home and is ok.  Jakari was kept overnight at Herman.  Haven't heard anything new this morning.

Kids are crazy with these phones and texting.  I have been listening too, and talking to my daughter.  You think tabloids are bad?  You should see and hear some of the rumors that these kids can come up with when you seperate over a 1000 kids and give them phones. I will be glad when they go back to school Monday!

Spoke with Jared's mom and Jared 10:45am Jakari will be ok, keeping him for observation, the hospital said Dayton bleeds [color=purple]PURPLE[/color] for sure, both will be sore for a few more days, prayers out to each family

It's sad that it takes something like this to put things in perspective for us. Even after the tragic loss of Reggie Garret earlier this season, we all want to get back to business as usual so fast because we love football so much. Just sorta makes all the smack talk stuff seem....silly I guess. Life is precious.

Last I heard around noon.

They are still waiting on tests to determine whether or not there is internal bleeding.  He does have some swelling in his abdomen. I'm not sure what the hospital has his condition listed as. Keep Jakari and his family in your prayers.

Just got off the phone with Jakari a few minutes ago. He said he is ok but they are still doin a few more test just to make sure. He said he doesnt know exactly when they are going to release him and that he is going to miss the next game for sure  but that is the least of the worries. Prayers from BL33DPURPLE

Last report I had was that there was some bleeding from head trauma.  He is still being evaluated.
