Guest jhamilton Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 What can you say other than Rangers are taking NY to the woodshed. With A.J Burnette sp pitching tonight my dinner will be a bottle of Ajax.
DW28 Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 Hopefully AJ continues to pitch like he did in the regular season and not like he did in last years post season. ;D
Guest jhamilton Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 It is what it is and never know what's coming.
Guest (13) Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 Go Rangers. send the evil empire to their demise
bullets13 Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 i'm still sick from game 1. this should be 3-0, with CC going on 3 days rest.
bullets13 Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 a win tonight would be HUGE! Burnett has been awful recently, so let's hope that trend continues. the rangers are going to need some runs most likely, as tommy hunter is the most prone to giving them up out of the four rangers' starters.
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 uh, AJ looked great in the 1st inning. this is the first game that the Rangers didn't start off the game with a lead after 1.
Guest jhamilton Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 If if if aj pitches like that? 8)
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 the good news for the rangers is that Big Game Hunter looked just as good in the bottom of the first!
Guest jhamilton Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Dang it who is the chap with the BIG FRO on the bench? Not bad.
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 he had two people slap his glove away! BS!
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 what the crap? they don't even look at it? what a joke! cheat fans, cheating umps.
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 the ball made it to the stands, but two or three fans reached across the field of play and didn't even try to catch the ball, but just pushed his glove down. now berkman has gone deep, and i'm not sure which side of the foul pole it was on.
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 it was clearly foul. let's see what the umps do with this one. if the call it a HR, i'm going to drive to new york.
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 at least they got that one right. if this was a couple of seasons ago, Tommy would have to be wondering what he could do to catch a break at this point :)
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Hunter had to throw strike 3 twice to finally get it called by the homeplate ump... i'm not liking where this is going.
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 AJ might be back to his old self... leadoff walk, then a hit batter. two on, none out for the rangers...
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 great bunt by moreland means 2nd and 3rd, 1 out. rangers really need something here.
Guest jhamilton Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 Here we go again......hmm think I will do a spin class. :'(
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 rangers manufacture two runs with only 1 hit, and 25 dribbler to 3rd. walk, hbp, sac bunt, rbi groundout, rbi infield single. A-rod screwed up on the sac bunt, he could've gotten slothy molina out at 2nd, but threw over to first.
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 2-out triple, 2-out single, game tied 2-2. hunter starting to look a little shaky.
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 tough play for kinsler on the single, but i thought he might should've made it.
bullets13 Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 after a leadoff single by vlad, AJ grooved 4 or 5 fastballs that the rangers did absolutely nothing with.
Betrayed Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 2 on, no outs... Yanks bout to bust it wide open!!
