This is really for Bluedove, since he is the resident guru for the Longhorns.  Just curious to see what you think about their varsity group this year.  Do they turn the corner and challenge for a playoff spot?  How does their lineup look this year?  How many returning starters?  And who is their go to guy?  Give us the scoop Bluedove (or anyone in the know).

Well Nederland's Freshman beat HF's Freshman, our JV B team beat HF's JV team, and our Nederland's JV A team beat HF's Varsity by a landslide this past Monday in their Scrimmages.  Nederland is on target for a great season even without the Varsity.  But the Varsity is going to do well when they get their football guys in the gym and get all the plays lined out.  Go NEDERLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[/quote]I think the dove made some early predictions based on HIS own strategies and logic....he forgot one thing....he doesn't get to make the big decisions in Longhorn country. All he gets to do is watch....lol
