Women's basketball at the mid major level is one of the most turbulent compared to sports overall. It seems like each week, the "favorite" can be beaten. As for men's basketball, the better team usually wins, but for women's, it seems to fluctuate. Hopefully Lamar can make it into the Top 25 and represent the SLC well.

It's always baffled me. SHSU hasn't had a real dominant team in a while, but it seemed like I'd go to a game and see us get mopped up and then other games play super competitively.
