You may be right, but I'm with Liltex....didn't think Stratford had the speed at the skill positions to keep it that close.

Sorry Rollinac -I wasn't trying to argue your statement. I meant if you had seen Stratford play early in the year against Montgomery, they played like a completely different team. They have improved tons over early in the year on both sides of the ball. I thought Brenham would dominate them also.

Well, Willis plays Huntsville tonight...  If Willis wins, we get Kingwood Park.  If Huntsville wins, we get Caney Creek.  IMO, Willis beats Huntsville.  What about you?

we've got joshua (0 fer) to end district tonite, reg Waco (3 and 50, i think) next week @ Waco ISD in RD1, probably aledo (last district game tonite with Brewer, 5-4, next week RD1 @ wyatt, 6-4; here in FTW) after if neither one of us loses in the first rd.  wont speculate after rd 1, you just saw how things can change.. :D

Theirs just no way in hell Huntsville beats Willis...

Huntsville is terrible.

Kingwood Park is who you will draw, and id be careful.  Kingwood Park is very similar to Stratford in ability and talent.    but i think yall should handle them (45-7 Cubs)...but a preformance like last night and yall could be on the losing end.

I'm sure we'll use it as a wake up call, and we'll be ready. (like Waller last year)  That was our 3rd game in 13 days, but now we'll have an extra day to rest and correct our mistakes.  The thing about good teams, is even if they arnt playing their best, when they are backed into a corner they can still find a way to come out on top and win.  To me, that says alot.  I'm proud of them for once again fighting their way back to another come from behind win.

I gotcha....that was my first time seeing them.  Just Brenham didn't play nearly as well as the last few times I've seen them play.
