BADSANTA Posted November 7, 2010 Report Posted November 7, 2010 Silsbee will win in a upset 32-28! The CB will rise for Silsbee! Rhone and McDaniel will rise to their best in this game
cat001 Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Huffman by 14+. Deberry and his recievers are some of the best in the region and are always on the same page and their defense proved alot against Coldspring. Good Luck Huffman!
Guest ST11 Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Silsbee by 8 (included 2 point conversion) ;) It will be close
WhatHappened? Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Huffman by 21. Cole is too good and will run all over Silsbee.
the sports guy Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 I would love to say that this years game would be the same as last year....but I cant. I do believe that if the Tigers play with purpose and stay true to a good gameplan....they can win.
BADSANTA Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 I agree Silsbee will win! They have some great players that will make plays to help them win! I think one of the Silsbee widouts will catch 200yds or better! They have good speed and run strong after the catch. Huffman doesn't habe to deal with JJ, but McDaniel will holdon to the ball and move the chain! I would also go heavy on handing off to Rhone and get him involved early!
AggiesAreWe Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Jarrian Rhone is definetly Silsbee's MVP this year. His numbers so far this season:rushing 77/700 yards 9 ypr. 8 TD'srecieving 35/565 yards 16 ypc. 8 TD'stotal off. 1,265 yards, 11.3 yards per touch, 16 TD'stotal points 122 ( 16 TD's, 12 2 point conv., 2 pass 2 point)avg. per game 126.5 yards 12 pointsOne of the leaders on defense at his strong safety position. 3 INT's, over 50 tackles. Jarrian plays about 98% of the plays both on offense and defense. He also is the Tiger's punt returner and kickoff returner. Jarrian rarely leaves the field. He is a true Iron Man!
Guest jhamilton Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 You cannot discount the speed of Silsbee. This is the third year these two teams have played and difference both years was the Johnson kid. Two years ago Huffman was leading late and needed two first downs and could not get it done. Last year it was a shootout but Huffman still moved the ball. Should be a good one but big question will be can Huffman D stop the Tiger offense? We shall see and good luck to both teams.
BADSANTA Posted November 8, 2010 Report Posted November 8, 2010 Rhone needs 12-15 touches and Lane needs at least 5 catches in this game! If that happens and the defense plays likeit did against BC, Silsbee willbe ok
fortheloveofthegame22 Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 Huffman 28Silsbee - 21

Can't always predict playoffs :P can bring out the best or worst in a team..
Hawks2 Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 Huffman by 14+..huffmans O is to much for silsbee defense. HJ had there way with them even though they still lost with 4 min n the 4th quarter..Huffman is to much to silsbee hands down
BADSANTA Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 Guys I remember in 1992 Silsbee beat PNG who was a ranked team and in 1999 Silsbee beat WOS who was like #1 in 4A. Anything can happen when teams gear up for a run at state. I can bet you Silsbee will bring their A+ game and Huffman will have more than their hands full. Tigers win 32-28
BADSANTA Posted November 10, 2010 Report Posted November 10, 2010 Ill bet a case of Pittsburgh Hotlinks to anyone who will take Huffman and I take Silsbee! Who's in? Ill deliver the hot links onsite tomorrow night!
