The 9th grade group has some good players just not very many.  Small group.  Now the WOS 8th was not too bad as Gasilla stated.  They will lend a helping hand to the freshman group.  The 8th grade group A and B teams combined allowed a total of 28 points in about 30 games over a 2 year span in middle school.  In that time span they prolly scored close to 1,000 points if not more.

They also had a kicker that made most of his PAT's and booted a 30 yard FG against BC.

Last year when these 2 groups were 8th graders WOS beat Silsbee 12-6.  Not that it matters, just saying.  ;D

dan hooks is blessed with one of the best and smart coaching staff in any class in the state of texas.behind every great coach there is a great coaching staff and the kids there in wo-s are blessed to have both

The reason our 9th grade lacked a bit this year is because alot of freshman play for the jv since so many sophmores are on varsity! But the sophmores of this year will be there until the great talent from 8th grade gets up there! We will be fine for a while!

Let's be sensible here.  The only reason the 9th grade team lost was most of the team played up on JV.  Next year add in the incoming Freshman, who are undefeated as 8th graders and Silsbee doesn't stand a chance.  Nice try though. :)

Well it's "official", a ref said it was so......... ;D ;D  Those clowns cant even call a decent game anymore. They are to worried about paying the UIL.... ;)

I'll give WOS one thing for sure, they always "beleive"....just never do anything with it.  ;) 

Guess they can always go clean their 1980's State sign near the stadium.  ;D ;D

WOW, once again a BH fan calling the kettle black! When was the last time BH made it to a State Title game? or hell, even made a deep playoff run? But boy do they believe they are a perennial state title contender.
