SCOOTER: What's your connection with Brownwood? I have family that lives there and have been able to see a couple of games this year. I hope to make a couple play-off games and for sure the state game when they make it.

Even though IP wasn't the biggest challenge for B-wood if they make it to the finals and don't trip up I highly doubt there is a team that can beat them.  That includes CS, WOS and Kville.  I know whoever they face in the finals will give them a good game but they are something else.  I see Carthage matching well with them in the semi's and possibly beating them.  Carthage has back to back titles and that says alot for experience.

Didn't see this earlier.  Here is the write up from the game.  I have been to a couple of Bwood games.  My brother and parents live in Brownwood.  They are fun to watch.  Kind of a high school version of Oregon on offense.

I remember back when IP tried to take out the starting WR for Old High and the starting RB with multiple late hits. New coach same results still happening i see.

I think this says it all why Brownwood ran up the score.

#1 You dont intentionally go after the HC's son/star player or any player for that matter in the way that kid did. What Ponder should have done was get his team together and have a coming to Jesus meeting about their conduct on the field. IP has a history of pulling BS like this, i know, i've lived up that way for a few years and personally watched it happened.
