Barbers Hill in 4A

Has Barbers Hill won a playoff game in 4A? Just curious because I don't know. I know they've been 4A for around 8 to 10 years now.

Try 4 yrs in 4A.
My guess is that they have never won a 4A playoff game. I think their first year they lost to Central, 2nd yr missed playoffs, last year lost to PNG, this year TBD.

2009 PNG 21 BH 20 (early season game, BH had 7 turnovers)
2009 PNG 21 and BH 7 bi-district (BH was underdogs)
2008 no BH playoffs
2007 no BH playoffs
2006 Central 31 BH 28 bi-district (was a very close and hard fought game and BH was heavy underdogs)

0 for 2 with one pending.  One PNG game was a pre-district game.  If you count all the Vidor and Lumberton games, we have more wins than losses I think.  I am sure someone with more time may look it up.  I have to run to Sam's to get tissue for the PNG fans and grab a thong for Soulja's debut on his new chopper.  ;D ;D

Glad to see we have an Aggie calling this game for SETXSports.  BH wins for sure now.  Does the "Butch" has wifi?

[PURPLE 4EVER]

The 2006 Eagle team was there last really AWEsome team (that team had the twins that were really quick).  They lost to a really good Central team.  IMO (just from what I have seen as they have played each other in JH).  The 10th grade and 9th grade classes at BH is where most of the talent is.  BH should continue to improve each year.  Still don't think they will win this game.  will be interesting to see if they can run the ball between the tackles.  If they can, they have a good shot tonight.

agreed. 2006 had a great overall team had a bunch of players who played their heart out.. I think it was their first year in 4a and they went undafeated up until the playoffs.

tonight at the png game bh better get their grind on and play tough both ways and be turn over free for all 4 quarters if they wanna walk away with a win and upset the indians
