Because Woodard is the head coach, and has a big say in who gets recruited. A recruiting coach merely finds the guys, it's up to the head coach to really get them to commit.

I never said anything about it being getting commits. NOTB posted a thing about not recruiting the Houston area, AWAN posted something about screwing Houston, and I posted about him wanting to make a Golden-Triangle all-star team, something I've said in the past on other boards. Get over yourself.
