We've kind of forgotten about this I think....Lets get it back going. How do we suggest this is picked/chosen?

Like last year, I would open it up to the posters to nominate, but I think we as a staff need to be a lot more active in nominating as last year a number of qualified candidates didn't get on the team as they weren't nominated.
